Easy Keto Baked Fish

Ingredients

1 pound haddock or Mahi Mahi

3 teaspoons water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and black pepper to the taste

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dill weed

Cooking spray

A pinch of old bay seasoning

Directions

Spray a baking dish with some cooking oil.

Add lemon juice, water, and fish and toss to coat a bit.

Add salt, pepper, old bay seasoning and dill weed and toss again.

Add mayo and spread well.

Introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.

Divide between plates and serve.

Enjoy!
