2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cup bok choy, chopped
2 bacon slices, chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
A drizzle of avocado oil
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add bacon, stir and brown until it’s crispy, transfer to paper towels and drain grease.
Return pan to medium heat, add garlic and bok choy, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and return bacon, stir, cook for 1 minute more, divide between plates and serve.
