1 cauliflower head, florets separated
1 broccoli head, florets separated
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bacon slices, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Heat up a pan with the butter over medium-high heat, add garlic and bacon, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add cauliflower and broccoli florets, stir and cook for 5 minutes more.
Add water to cover them, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper, stir again and blend soup using an immersion blender.
Simmer for a couple more minutes over medium heat, ladle into bowls and serve.
