6 ounces coconut oil, melted
3 ounces cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon baking powder
4 ounces cream cheese
5 tablespoons swerve
In a blender, mix eggs with coconut oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, cream cheese and swerve and stir using a mixer.
Pour this into a lined baking dish, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
Slice into squares when they are cold and serve with sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup of powdered erythritol or swerve
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon stevia, vanilla drops
Combine water, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt in medium pot.
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla/stevia drops
