5 ounces coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons swerve
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces cream cheese
½ cup blueberries
In a bowl, mix coconut oil with eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, swerve and baking powder and blend using an immersion blender.
Fold blueberries, pour everything into a square baking dish, introduce in the oven at 320 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
Leave you cake to cool down, slice into squares and serve.
