4 medium pork loin chops
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
In a bowl, mix water with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice and whisk well.
Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium heat, add pork chops, season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper, cook them for 6 minutes, flip and cook for 6 more minutes.
Transfer pork chops to a platter and keep them warm for now.
Heat up the pan again, pour mustard sauce you’ve made and bring to a gentle simmer.
Pour this over pork, sprinkle chives and serve.
