2 tablespoons ghee, soft
1 and ¼ pound salmon fillet
2 ounces Kimchi, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
In a food processor, mix ghee with Kimchi and blend well.
Rub salmon with salt, pepper and Kimchi mix and place into a baking dish.
Place in the oven at 425 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
Divide between plates and serve with a side salad.
