4 ounces canned sardines, anchovies or tuna, drained
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to the taste
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Cut avocado in halves, scoop flesh and put in a bowl.
Mash with a fork and mix with sardines.
Mash again with your fork and mix with onion, lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and mayo.
Stir everything and divide into avocado halves.
