Keto Pizza

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
3 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
4 ½ tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
1 ½ tsp oregano
1 ½ tsp basil
2 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or container, use an immersion blender to mix together all pizza crust ingredients – eggs, Parmesan cheese, and spices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan until hot, then spoon the mixture into the pan. Spread into a circle. Once edges brown, flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side.
  3. Turn the stove off, and turn the broiler on. Add tomato sauce and cheese, then broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy
