- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
- 2 Tablespoon. Butter
- 7 Drops Liquid Stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoon Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon. Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sweetener of choice
Mix all room temperature ingredients together in a large mug.
Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
Eat directly from the mug, or place on serving plate
Turn cup upside down and lightly bang it against a plate.
Optional – top with a little heavy cream
