Keto Chai Spice Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoon. Butter
  • 7 Drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Mix all room temperature ingredients together in a large mug.
  • Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
  • Eat directly from the mug, or place on serving plate
  • Turn cup upside down and lightly bang it against a plate.
  • Optional – top with a little heavy cream
