- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 stalk celery diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz canned tuna in oil or brine drained
- 1 hard-boiled egg peeled and roughly chopped
In a medium bowl add the tuna, celery, and avocado.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and spices.
Add the egg to the tuna salad.
Mix well until combined.
