Tuna Avocado Salad


  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 stalk celery diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz canned tuna in oil or brine drained
  • 1 hard-boiled egg peeled and roughly chopped


  • In a medium bowl add the tuna, celery, and avocado.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and spices.
  • Add the egg to the tuna salad.
  • Mix well until combined.
