- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 250 g Asparagus 1/2 lb
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Preheat your oven to 180C (355 F).
Remove the woody ends of the asparagus, and place onto a baking tray covered in olive oi, pine nuts and sesame seeds.
Cook for 15 mins. Serve with salt and pepper as a delicious side dish.
