- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp MCT Oil or coconut oil
- 30 g Protein Powder optional
- 1 cup Coconut Milk or almond milk
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
*If you like the swirl, add a tablespoon of full-fat yogurt after the smoothie was in the cup, and swirled it around, touching the sides.
