Keto Cheese Shell Taco Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese 2 oz, grated
  • 300 g Ground Pork 10 oz, substitute with beef or chicken if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (390 F).
  2. In a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the ground pork with the paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until brown.
  3. Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place six 2 tbsp portions of the grated Parmesan cheese onto the baking tray into round flat circles, about 13 cm (5-inch) in diameter. You may require a second baking tray.
