Avocado Recipe: Keto Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados ripe
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Place avocados into a medium bowl and mash and stir until moderately creamy.
  • Add the sour cream, diced onion and tomatoes to the avocados.
  • Add salt, pepper and lime juice and taste
