Keto Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 500 g Pork Mince 1 lb
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchester sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping CreamPure Cream
Garlic Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Dill (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180C (355F)
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix around with clean hands.
  • Place baking paper into a large baking tray.
  • Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out a portion, and roll into balls
  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, and dill. Serve with the meatballs and enjoy.
